We needed an urgent visit and they fit us in, The doctor spent ample time explaining the condition and all the options available with the pros and cons of each. They were very friendly and professional as well. I was very impressed and grateful for the thoroughness of care.

The service and care taken was exceptional. I was worried that my bird wouldn't get seen since I did a walk-in emergency visit, and/or that the care would be sub-par or rushed. However, after all the waiting, and my canary was finally examined, I felt a wave of relief. The vet's expertise, professionalism, and compassion was truly reassuring. I also appreciate the personal touch of sending a happy birthday to my bird. 😊
