All above the good I has little bitter experience too NOTE: where ever we visit the customers should greeted with a welcoming and inviting but here totally disappointed . The staffs here are not even have smile on their face and seems like they don’t like us to come here. It’s really hard for me to complaint but it’s an important note the Cold stone company should consider for the company good reputation . Also kindly keep the place neat and clean. All the tables are unclean with lots of dirt , ice cream wastes, and etc . Even they don’t have napkin instead of that they had toilet paper on the cashier counter for customers general napkin needs . Except these two things we actually enjoyed our ice cream crave . Would like to visit often .”

“Lindsey came by to inspect and perform a cleaning on my chimney and did a great job! He was very polite and informative on all the questions I had. He also wore shoe protectors too and was very clean and left the area the way it was when he got here. He also sent me the receipt and estimate for some other repairs. I was working pretty late and Lindsey was able to accommodate to the time I could arrive home. He was great and represents the quality service that Chelsea’s Chimney provides. “Wanna know my experience? PERFECT! My state is next to the state the breeder resides in, so I opted to drive up and pick up a Williamsii gecko baby, last year. Meeting the breeder, reassured me that I was get a quality-bred animal, free of disease and parasites, & bred with the upmost care! Not only did the breeder “vet me” to insure that I would provide good care for his little one, but he printed out a thorough care sheet for me to take, gave me a small package of Pangea (he wanted to make certain that I had the proper food on hand), checked out the cage I had to make certain that the micro gecko couldn’t escape & sat with me to answer any questions, regarding care. Paul, the breeder, even messaged to check on how the little one (female, it turned out!) was doing, over the course of a few weeks! I was so pleased that I bought another one from him, about a year later! One of the best transactions with the healthiest geckos, that I have had, to date! I will, 100%, continue to give him my business, if I want another gecko, down the road! ~Christina”
