I have used Mulcahy Brothers for almost a dozen paint jobs over the course of about 10 years. I have been thrilled with them every time. When you make an appointment for an estimate, they arrive on time, work efficiently to survey your requirements, provide a reasonably priced estimate, and explain the specifics about how they will tackle your job. The crew arrives on time, is friendly and courteous, and does a great job. They clean up any drips and all of their equipment and strive to leave your property looking at least as good as it did on their arrival, if not better. Finally, they stand by the estimate, even if it maybe should have been higher. Case in point: I asked them to paint the iron work railings in front of my house. I received a reasonable estimate and expected it to be a pretty quick and easy job. Well, the work to prepare the railings for paint was a lot harder than anyone expected, meaning that it took a long time to complete. They just did the work, never appeared irked by the unexpected difficulties, and honored the original estimate.
You will not go wrong if you work with this company. In fact, you will likely become a repeat customer, as I have.
