“To whom it may concern; I just wanted to take a moment and praise E&G for their amazing customer service. I had an issue with the Dodge Challenger Louver that you make, there seemed to bee too much 'play' in the middle of the windshield, leading to rattling, leading to tape and bracket failure.. after attempting to fix it twice on my own i reached out to the retailer for assistance, and he gave me the number to E&G. On the phone I met Lee, who spent about 20+ minutes trouble shooting me on the phone until i learned i lived 30 minutes north of the EG offices. Lee had me come in the next day to trouble shoot the issue visually. We then took the entire setup off, cleaned and prepped the car window, and continued with testing. He determined that either the louver was a little bowed or my rear window was a little flat. He went into the back and pulled a new louver out.. lined it up and it seemed a better fit. He then replaced my bad louver with the new one, meticulously installed the tape and brackets... and we wiggled the louver and it felt way more secure than previously, missing that slack in the middle as the previous one had. I got to meet a few of your staff there on July 3rd, everyone was just so nice and happy to help me. I am honestly thrown back by the level of white glove customer service your company provided me. Lee is a superstar and should defiantly get some sort of kudos for getting me in and out in 90 minutes, having me back on the road happy as i could ever be. He even went the extra mile and gave me a quick tour of the facility and gave me a bottle of water because the warehouse was super hot. Megan, the face of your company when i walked in was super helpful finding me a local retailer for my car club to buy more louvers. And there was also a lady who was involved with shipping, who worked with me to figure out who my retailer was, ebay invoice, etc.. for the warranty exchange. In this day and age it is EXTREMELY rare to find such "old school" type service. You have a bunch of rockstars working at EG and because of that, I definitely am a customer for life, and will be promoting your products like you're a sponsor!”

“VW dealer told me I needed a new engine in my VW Phaeton 4 years ago, took it to German Auto and they fixed the engine problem and car has driven like new since. Did not need a new engine. This has become my regular repair shop. I get repair work on my wife's BMW 540i and my daughter's BMW 325xi always with excellent results. German Auto is currently repairing my BMW 850i and replacing head gasket on my 85 Euro BMW 745i. It may take a little time but I can always depend on them doing in excellent job. I recommend this shop to anyone who doesn't want a rush job and want the work done right. To me, the cost is always fair for the quality of work. Just picked up my 1985 Porsche for climate control system repair. I'm very happy with the job. Everything now works perfect. Up front honest owner who always do a great job. I've taken my cars to German Auto for repair for the past 7 years and will continue to do so. Recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work.”

My wife and I come here all the time and Al and Ronnie always take very good care of us and always help us to the best of their abilities. Not to mention, they beat out all of the other guys prices too. Very honest people, not like many other mechanics we've been to that are just looking for a quick buck. They are more worried about keeping you happy. They treat us like family. We've been coming here for years, we own 3 cars and take each one here. Even our older cars, always came here. Would never recommend any other shop. Stop wasting time with other mechanics!”
