I had to switch over my payment account, establish auto draw, and take my daughter off of our two cars as a driver. Jared was SO accommodating, friendly and professional. I worked with Hailey to transfer my car insurance from TX to MD. In the process my rates went up. I was not happy about it. Hailey was very patient and explored options to reduce overall cost. In the process, she answered several pointed questions and I increased some of the coverage based on that. Interestingly overall price remained same with better coverage. Great Service!
