I requested same day service and was told I would hear back later. They called me back soon after and confirmed they would be able to come. I requested a call before they arrived which they did. Todd, the plumber, and his helper answered my questions in an honest way so that I immediately felt at ease with them. Through their answers and the information, I agreed to have the faucet replaced. They worked diligently and left everything clean afterwards. I found their prices to be reasonable and worthwhile for the level of service provided. I plan on referring them to my loved ones and to continue to use them. The whole experience was much smoother than what I could have hoped for because as a homeowner I have often received below average service from service providers.”

“I get my Scagg serviced here. Recently bought a Stihl Br700 backpack blower. While buying the blower mentioned to the salesman, John Wilkins, that I would be in the market for a tractor soon. He took me out on the lot and discussed how I would be using the tractor. He showed me the different options to give me some things to research. Stopped back in to see John when I was ready to buy. He took the time to explain the different tractors and encouraged me to shop around with the different brands. After spending time at several other major brands and watching endless hours of comparisons on the computer, I bought my Kubota L3901 today from John. I have always been treated great at this dealership and John sealed the deal. Since this is my first experience with a tractor, I wanted to make sure I was as comfortable with the dealership as I was with the tractor. Can only speak from my experience and so far Rippeon Equipment has treated me great.”

Is a gated facility where y have a set of phone #'s that y can call in which the crew inside opens the gate. Does get busy there and the gate is about the only drawback.”

“As I reach the first oil change for my '10 Police Interceptor, I think it's time to share my thoughts and experiences with The Police Fleet. For my next car, I had my heart set on a retired police car and when I saw their black and whites online, it was love at first sight. Everyone at the shop was super nice and accommodating with my schedule. The showroom was full of cop cars in immaculate condition inside and out. I was given plenty of time and space to give the vehicle a once over with a used-car checklist (each car I was considering passed with flying colors). I never felt pressured to "make the purchase" and after my inspection and some additional questions (service life, maintenance requirements on duty, etc) I felt very comfortable making a decision. As I reach 3k miles (almost 150k on the odometer), the car is running like a champ and handles like brand new! The battery did die about a month in (cold snap) from the cold weather. Everything else works perfect and shows that it was, in fact, taken care of very well during its service life. Bottom line: I could NOT be happier with my black and white and still get the biggest grin every time I get behind the wheel. If you want a fantastic used car from some good people, this is the place to go!”

The repairs and improved installation of my hot water heater is phenomenal. They showed me what I needed to know to adjust the heater, and the welding and work on the pipes was impressive.
