“This is the best place to go for anything phone related in the area (its a Verizon authorized dealer). This location is more knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and customer orientated than the actuall Corporate Verizon store in Westminster MD. If you visit this location see Nick! He saved us more money than the corporate store, gave better service, was knowledgeable about every phone, the working of Verizon (worked with us to get us unlimited data, new phones, tablets and more cheaper than any other Verizon store offered) This location is by far more customer oriented and will ask the right questions to get you exactly what you want or need without all the hassles and pressure of a corporate location! 5 stars all the way and keep doing what you guys are doing at this location! If you don't mind navigating your way through narrow pathways created by junked lawn mowers, and lawn mower parts, this is the place to go. Having said that.... “We were purchasing a Vizio 50” 4K Smart TV for a Christmas gift. The Walmart website said we could purchase it and pick up at this location same day. So after making the purchase online we get into the store at the pick up and we’re greeted by a very sweet representative, Susan. After finding out the TV we intended to pick up was not in the store, Jamie went above and beyond to search the entire store for an equal TV. The Assistant Manager on shift, Brad, then approved us the same deal of our original order for a very similar TV (same brand and size, just a different series) Amazing customer service during a very hectic time for all Walmart employees! It was greatly appreciated!”
