I was reading the bad reviews but my experience was the opposite of them. My food order took about 30 minutes but the waiting time is worth it. Food tastes fresh!!!! “Missing the McDonald's that used to be front & center, but Cranrbrook Shopping Center still has a large array of shops! It is a very large lot with so much parking (probably more spots than what's needed) in a well lit, family neighborhood. Very safe and in a nice little area, across & down the road from tons of apartments and not far from York Road.”

“I visited this bakery for the first time on 4/25/18. The place smells delicious, in fact the odor reminded me of the Amish bakery. My mom bought the cupcakes and they were yummy. The employee who helped us was friendly. However, I only have one complaint, and I suppose it's minor, but they really need to do a renovation. The inside of the bakery looks so vintage. The 60s or maybe the 70s are the decades that come to mind. There's a tiny, dusty looking train set in the front window, old cake pans on the wall. To be honest the interior was sort of creeping me out, I wasn't expecting it to look so outdated. I do plan on coming back to try their other desserts. I recommend coming here if you want a break from the mainstream and lackluster grocery store sweets. ***Update*** My family has been coming here ever since I left this review, and there has been 100% satisfaction! Their chocolate cake is so tasty!!!!! This is the best place for desserts. And best of all Mr. Simon still works here. I think that's awesome, especially considering his age (I think he's in his 80s). Keep up the great work making delicious goodies, I will always be a customer. You rock Mr. Simon!”

“Went here for lunch. Had a great server, great food and had enough for a second meal. I ordered a lunch special of shrimp & scallops over pasta; the shrimp and scallops were large and plump. There was a generous amount of seafood and the sauce was very good. They have a nice wine selection. They lunch special came with soup or a salad, 2 sides and the main meal, for a good price.”

“My son went to Drool for 3 years. Fantastic experience. My child developed a strong self-confidence, brought his personality out even more and allowed him to learn and develop with diverse classmates Now, that child is a second grader and his Math teacher called him the leader in his class because he is not afraid to speak his mind, share his work and help others. P.S., the plays are extremely memorable and Jen and her staff/family are sweet, lovable and trustworthy people, not to mention flat-out cool.”

“Nice store. Been shopping there for my elderly mother for 2 years. Only complaint is the rude man in the deli. He doesn't have a bit of good customer service in him. He acts like it is a real bother for him to wait on you. Not pleasant at all. If you ask him a question he gets irritated. If he has to ask you a question he talks to you like your a idiot. He needs to be put in the back so customers don't have to deal with him.”
