I’ve been to a lot of weddings and the cake is usually on the scale of ok to good. Carrie’s cake was amazing! It was so fresh and moist and the flavors of the cake, icing, and filling went together perfectly! Not only did our cake look amazing, but it was the best cake I had ever tasted! We had a very small wedding, and almost every guest stopped me before leaving to tell me this was the best wedding cake they had ever had (vanilla with strawberry filling). Carrie was absolutely delightful to work with, from the tasting and the planning, to the final order the week-of. Everything was so easy and so perfect! I highly recommend her for weddings and I can’t wait to go back for an anniversary cake!”
