“Dr. Knoyer is an exceptional doctor in every regard! I started seeing him in September with severe low back pain. Making the appointment was easy, and I was able to get in quickly. I was very impressed from the first appointment, where he spent an hour or more with me making a very thorough evaluation to determine the diagnosis, explaining everything to me, and giving me some small changes I could make for some instant relief. Unlike other chiropractors who require you to commit to dozens of visits to fix the problem and then never ending maintenance visits,treatment has always been on my terms with appointments available when I needed them and the goal to eventually manage my condition on my own. I have been very pleased with Dr. Knoyer’s commitment and passion to helping me get better, even educating me on alternative treatments that he himself could not provide. Dr. Knoyer was always reachable when I had questions, always available when I needed to be seen, and always spent as much time with me as I needed during my appointments. I ultimately needed surgery to solve my low back problem, but I exhausted every other option with Dr. Knoyer’s help before getting to that point. After surgery I happily returned to Dr. Knoyer for rehab and physical therapy. He set up a great progression of exercises for me to complete at home, allowing me to take ownership of my recovery. Within a few months of surgery I had fully recovered and grew even stronger than I was before my injury. “Dr. Taylor provided perhaps the best experience I have had with a medical professional ever, and that is saying a lot because I have multiple complex medical conditions. For my overactive bladder, she suggested Botox injections into the bladder. Weird right? It was life changing. I no longer urinated on myself randomly. I could function better. And besides the medical improvements she was just an absolute delight to be around and I loved and looked forward to my visits, again saying a lot because she was sticking a needle into my bladder! I would recommend and have recommended Dr. Taylor to anyone who needs a urologist and I will follow her to her new practice as well.”

“Cassandra Woods is the prenatal baby whisperer! This was my third pregnancy but first vaginal delivery. My desire to experience my first home water birth was granted when I decided to go with Cassandra. While starting off on the traditional route with an OB, I was confronted with all of the stereotypical road blocks you can think of while being an African American woman that had two C-sections. I decided that I had enough and became my own advocate. My doula, Lydia Harris (Labor of Love Services) provided me a list of midwives in my area. Ironically, while doing my own search I stumbled across Cassandra's name and called her around the same time I received my email from Lydia. Surprisingly, when I called she answered and stated she will call me right back..Guess what, she actually called me back and immediately I knew that I was going to stick with her! We had alot in common in terms of our birthing history and soon began to trust her and the process. Cassandra has a natural way of making you feel at ease by explaining things in a way that is simple, concise and visual. I learned so much and felt very comfortable with each of my appointments as we got near the birth of our son. She even gave our son a nickname in the womb and funny enough, we all call him, "Dean the Bean" (hearts). She is well connected not only with the mother to be but her resources. As time went on through my pregnancy I experienced Pelvic Floor pain. She made a phone call at the time of the appointment and it was the best connection and experience ever! Shout out to Dr.Joi Gaddy (T[her]apy). With Dr.Joi's treatments, Lydia's attentiveness and Cassandra's natural mothering gifts provided.me.with the best team to welcome our amazing son into this world! I wouldn't change a thing. I've considered doing it again (I know, crazy right). Just know you will be in good hands with Cassandra and her team. Oh by the way, her assistant Taneka was on point, very attentive, quick, great spirit and made the process even more successful. I would give ten stars if it was possible!”

“I LOVE this place and have been coming for about 7 years. I have had about 8 or so massages in total at this location and liked it enough I brought my mother back to treat her to a massage. I usually get a foot/body massage because I feel like I am able to get most of my tension spots addressed. The facility is clean and they do their best to keep it quiet and create a relaxing experience. I've had different therapist each time and they all were great in my opinion. If you want more/less pressure you just ask and they will adjust to your needs. I have tried the essential oils and hot stone add-on which was nice. They send you birthday deals and free upgrades every once in a while. I haven't joined as member but they do offer a membership with discounts. Over all I recommend this location for a foot and body massage.”

I went here several times for in-body weigh ins (which is a terrific machine to track your progress for muscle mass and body fat) and stocking up on protein snacks and supplements! The staff members are very friendly, passionate, helpful and informative people ready to help you reach your goals! It was a pleasure talking with them all before leaving the area. Side note: I’ve been to numerous 5Star Nutritions in VA/MD/PA, and at each I’ve always recognized how each employee is always bursting with happiness to get to know you and recommend the right products to reach your goals! A complete contrast to when I step inside GNC, where the employees are usually pretty clueless and hardly lift up their eyes when you enter the store.”
