“I came here in 2021 to have an issue looked at and fixed on my 2017 Ford focus hatch. Bad purge valve which was very common apparently with fords. They took it in that morning and were able to have it ready that afternoon. Not a problem since. I am returning with another Ford car to have a similar error code (engine light on) resolved for this purge valve. A friend was able to lend an OB2 code reader so we wouldn't have to go through the run around. I'm returning because of my good first experience with them. Relatively quick, nice service, didn't try to sell me on anything else, and gave me a choice on cost options. Will update on second visit.”

“Walking into this location I was greeted immediately by two wonderful gentleman. The facility was clean and welcoming including the bathroom. They explained the inspection process and went over my concerns. I was told by another repair shop that my brakes needed to be done and so that was my main concern on this visit. Not only did they look at the brakes they also checked over the entire vehicle and sent me a digital inspection that had pictures of my actual vehicle. They made the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired smooth, transparent, and easy. I highly recommend them for service and I will be returning in the near future for the other recommended services. My brakes feel amazing!”

Considering this place has such a small convenient store, they still have a good amount & variety of food(hot&cold)fresh&frozen, a microwave that you're able to use that is always clean inside&out, they have a good variety of snacks & candy. They don't have a wide variety of drinks but they have the basics which is always good! They have bottled or canned beverages & fountain drinks as well as beer, they also have a section of vehicle necessities:: fix a flat, fluids, gas cans and more. The 🏪, 🚻 & property are always well maintained, cleanest place I've ever been in every time I come here, absolutely immaculate! Their staff have always been nice&helpful! “After being taken advantage of by another shop I was left with a non running truck. So I was looking for a reliable mechanic and was referred by a close friend. I call Austin and informed him that I’ll need a tow to his shop. His reply was save your money and he’ll bring the shop to me😁. They showed up as scheduled. Not a minute behind. Soon after bam💥 the truck was running. I was very happy so far. Then came the time to pay the bill. Because they were able to repair a few parts instead of buying everything new I was charged well under the quoted price. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. “I worked with the Tire Center for several days in early October 2020 and I appreciated how helpful and kind every employee was. I had a fairly new tire that got a flat unexpectedly and I was uneducated about many factors regarding getting a new tire. I thought I knew what I was talking about, but the technicians at Sam's Club were honest with me and helped steer me in the right direction of making sure I got the best and safest tire to replace my old one. They did not push products or services I didn't need. They spoke to me in ways I could understand and though service was at times slow, I would rather wait patiently for quality service that have someone perform a quick job that won't ensure my safety. The Tire Center was overwhelmed with customers each time I came in but I was always treated with great service when I came in and I got a new tire for a great price. My only criticism is that my spare tire was put into the hatchback of my car after it was replaced with my new tire, rather than put back into its storage area in my car. This is a minor criticism of course so I am still standing by my five star review. If you are looking for a lightning fast help you might not find it here but it was more worthwhile to me to set aside time in my day for great service than to rush the services somewhere else that would overcharge me! Thank you all the technicians that helped me, I greatly appreciated your expertise and hard work.”

“June 29, 2018 Port Side Marine, their owner and entire staff are great to work with. I have an older Load Rite boat trailer and took it to them for repairs. It started out as a wheel bearing problem but I requested they completely check out the trailer in preparations for an upcoming 500 mile trip. Max called many times to give me updates and they repaired everything from brakes, brake lines and wheel bearings to the highest standards. After driving the trailer I experienced a different problem with one of the brakes not fully releasing. It turned out to be the Brake Accuator. I took it back and within a very short time, the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Here is where this company stands above all other companies. I know the second repair took their mechanic 4 hours to diagnose and repair. But because they just worked on the trailer, the owner (Tom) said to only charge me 1 hour labor. Honest and Customer Service oriented companies like this are almost impossible to find. I had called 2 other companies when seeking to have my trailer repaired in the beginning and was told to make an appointment for 6 to 8 weeks later. I would have missed all boating season! This was my first experience with Port Side Marine, but they will get all my business moving forward. Tim Jahnigen”

“My Kohler generator stopped working right at the end of my warranty period, and at the beginning of the boating season. The dealer was so backlogged they couldn’t get to it for six weeks, so I took a recommendation and called Diversified, recently taken over by a new owner. The problem turned out to be more complicated than just replacing the raw water pump impeller, and what appeared to be a simple problem turned out to be more. Troubleshooting and repairing a problem isn’t always simple and straightforward, and fixing the generator in this case required significant input from the manufacturer, replacing a part that shouldn’t have failed on a generator only a year old, and attention from a junior, then a senior technician. The billable labor stacked up, and about $60 in parts cost about $700 to install. In the end, Diversified replaced the impeller AND the thermostat that caused my problem. Also, after speaking with the owner he did not charge me for all the extra work. What impressed me most about this job overall was how straightforward, honest, and fair he was when we reviewed what had been done. Every business wants to be perceived to have those qualities, but I observed Diversified operating by them at a moment when it cost them. I think this is rare to hear about, and even more uncommon to see in practice. For the integrity and high level of customer service the owner demonstrated, I’d use them again and even recommend them to a friend.”

“Marvin answered the phone when I called to see if NAPA Annapolis had graphite lubricant for my car door lock. It was getting difficult to insert my key to open the door. He said he was holding a graphite lubricant in his hand because he has just sold two of them. He was very helpful, positive, and patient with my questions. When I went into the store, he was just as friendly. He gave me advice/instruction on how to use the product, and upon seeing how unsure I was, offered to come out to the car and show me!
