“I’ve stopped into this neighborhood grocery and eatery since I moved to the area over 3 years ago. The lady who runs the place is always friendly and welcoming. You feel like your patronage is genuinely appreciated which is nice. After many years of stopping in to buy produce and snacks (they no longer sell produce), I finally bought myself a plate to take home for dinner. It was really tasty and reasonably priced. I also enjoyed the peanuts given to me to snack on as I waited for my order to be cooked and boxed. My meal included eggs, avocado, beef, corn tortillas and sauces. Included was plastic cutlery and napkins. I’ll be ordering again.”

“I've loved this place at least 10 years now and I also love when the "Hot Glaze until Noon Everyday" is available. The veggie omelette was amazing I've ordered it several times and I love the hashbrowns. Great Hot Fresh Coffee!! I recently ordered the castle burgers and it was 8AM and they were hot and fresh!! I could go on, but you should go see. I will say I would like a better portion on my grits and egg breakfast it seemed like a kid's plate. ALL IN ALL nobody is making donuts better than Gerald's it's very easy for me to taste their dough is fresh and NEVER has a sour dough taste which means old dough....Oh...Those onion rings are YUMMY!!!??”

The decor is unpretentious, with a bright yellow, black, and brown theme, pumpkins on the table, a jukebox, and toys and videos for kids in the back. When I walked in, Marley's "Buffalo Soldier" was playing, and from the playlist From the first bite of curry slaw I could taste the soul, love, and care put into this food. They might not have a marketing team, but if you want real good food, heavy on the seasoning, come get it! They've got herbal wellness teas and other remedies, and Sister Princess is the friendliest.”
