“Bathroom stop at this Pilot which was clean and tidy in the restroom. The roller grills were definitely stocked and they had plenty of snacks and drinks. Even though I wasn't filling up the van here, I took advantage of the squeegee and cleaned off the windshield. Overall, a good experience and I'd be fine to stop here again.”

“I had a very good experience with this store. I bought a box of candy bars from them, didn't ask for a receipt. When I got home, I opened the box and there were two fewer candy bars in the box than there should have been. I called them as soon as I discovered it to let them know, and they told me to bring it back and they would exchange it. I took it back and they gave me a new box, no questions asked. Great customer service, they did not have to do that for me especially since I did not even have a receipt. I will go back to this store again in the future, mainly because they treated me so well.”

He was quick though, I was in and out in an hour or so which is faster than most places that are on forklifts! Very professional and pleasant people.
