“The people here are great, but the new system for calling in refills COMPLETELY STINKS! Nothing worse than talking to some 'robot lady' that constantly says "I'm sorry, I didn't get that". Walmart corporate needs to go back to the old way where when you called in a refill, you just entered the information with your phone's number pad, rather than talking to the heart attack inducing 'robot'!!!!!!”

“Great! A real human being answers the phone each and every time I call. That's important to me lol. The staff are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. There has been a shortage with one of my Psych meds recently and the staff try their best to get it in for me. This is typically a very fast pharmacy, however some rude customers sit and wait at the window instead of pulling back around, which really backs up the line. Please don't do that people! Be considerate of others! Out of pocket prices were higher here with one specific medication, I don't know if that's the exception or the rule. I have continued coming here for years despite living 20 miles away, highly recommend them!”

“I've had some bad healthcare experiences maybe I came on a really good day but the front desk was very attentive and helpful and the doctor herself was knowledgeable and friendly. She explained things in laymen's terms without feeling like she was talking down to me which is always a plus. I'm not sure how this place has bad reviews aside for the fact it's always busy and appointments can be scarce at times. Their lunch times throw me off I've been here a time or two before but I finally got in today for some poison ivy treatment and it was quick and to the point they even offered to write a drs note if I needed it for work ! I went to urgent care down the street from here in Richmond and it was a heinous experience. I'll definitely be frequenting this clinic more often. Thank you!”

“From the receptionists to the techs to the doctor, everybody was so amazing! I have used this hospital for years now and I’ve never had anything except great care. My sister also uses them because they are so reliable! They have taken care of my dogs in the past. And now they are taking such great care of Hoops Dog! They were so sweet and loving towards him, and took such amazing care of him. All of the staff were so nice, took their time to explain things to me, and just gave him so much love!
