“The BEST car service we’ve had! Driving down from Ohio to Florida for vacation and hear a grinding noise in the back. Called other tire places and they all say I needed an appointment to get my car looked at. Called Accell and the guy got me right in and checked my car. Needed new brake pads and he said he could have them here in 30 minutes and got it done quick so we could get on our way. Come to find out he’s also from Massillon. “I'm incredibly impressed by the people here. I was on a 300 mile trip and had a tire issue with my travel trailer. I called them and Anthony answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. I felt like I was talking to an old friend that wanted to drop everything and help me. When I arrived he walked out and immediately started directing me to where they could start the repair. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The price was less than if I bought the tire anywhere else. They could have charged me double. Every person I interacted with was nice and helpful. This is the way you are supposed to treat customers. I will purchase from them again as I have done in the past. Thank you! Don’t waste your time. They may have the parts you need but “can’t” or is it really won’t tell you. Was about to order parts for a new convertible top and was told I had to order them before they could tell me if they were in stock or not. Then was basically told If you don’t like it then we can’t help you goodbye. Unbelievably rude, worst customer service ever go buy the part somewhere else. Some companies just don’t get what good customer service looks like.”

I called and set up a time to get an appraisal. It was a quick and easy process. I provided my insurance information and scheduled dropoff, that was it. The customer service was very professional. They were straightforward and communicated with me throughout the process, sending pictures and calling. Lastly, I called the week before and I was told it was likely a 6-7 day job by someone I spoke to on the phone with, but it ended up being two weeks.
