Service advisor was professional, kept me informed of work progress, and had my car washed before returning to me. In 2022, it’s (understandably) difficult to find excellent customer service anywhere, but Austin has gone above and beyond for me trying to help me find a new vehicle since mine was totaled in an accident. He is extremely responsive, informative, follows up, and politely direct with all of my questions! Anyone in the market for a Honda I’ll be referring to Austin!
