“I'm incredibly impressed by the people here. I was on a 300 mile trip and had a tire issue with my travel trailer. I called them and Anthony answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. I felt like I was talking to an old friend that wanted to drop everything and help me. When I arrived he walked out and immediately started directing me to where they could start the repair. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The price was less than if I bought the tire anywhere else. They could have charged me double. Every person I interacted with was nice and helpful. I wish they were in my hometown. My wife reminded me that we bought an f150 from them many years ago when we lived in Richmond. It was a great truck for us. Thank you Anthony and team!”

“I am changing my below review based on an outstanding response from the leadership team here. The CEO personally reached out to apologize via email and I received a call as well. This is the way you are supposed to treat customers. I will purchase from them again as I have done in the past. Thank you! Don’t waste your time. They may have the parts you need but “can’t” or is it really won’t tell you. Was about to order parts for a new convertible top and was told I had to order them before they could tell me if they were in stock or not. Then was basically told If you don’t like it then we can’t help you goodbye. Unbelievably rude, worst customer service ever go buy the part somewhere else. Some companies just don’t get what good customer service looks like.”

“Clean for a truck stop. Employees courteous. Seems to be a favorite stop for large vehicles with huge trailers and RVs. Aren't they supposed to go to the truckers side for gas? It was difficult for me to squeeze my little ole car in, but finally did. Otherwise uneventful.”
