“I called them an hour and half before closing on Saturday, Nov 10th, 2018 in desperate need of an oil change, They had me come right in, even though they were close to closing time. I chose "the works" because it was a great deal and they got it done and had me outta there in no time. The waiting area was very clean, Steve (possibly the manager)was extremely helpful, without being pushy. He offered me bottled water and coffee. I definitely recommend this place, I was informed about what I need to have fixed and given fair/competitive quotes to do so. We will be back. “I wanted to write this about the service I receive from Stokley's Marine. I purchased a boat at Stokley's in 2015. I live in West Virginia, about 3 and half hours from the dealership. Anytime I need my Yamaha Serviced, I call and they will set a maintenance appointment first thing in the morning for me. They do this so I can bring the boat up and back on the same day. “We have been shopping here for years and have carpeted 2 homes. Colorline Carpet has absolutely the best prices in town. Wayne, the owner, purchases top quality carpet at a reduced rate, so he can sell it to you for unbelievable prices! We have remodeled different rooms over the years and each time we will go over and see what they have in stock. They always have the nicest carpeting and best quality. Going to someone who knows the industry and knows carpet is the biggest asset of this business. You can go to Lowe's (or other carpet places) and get someone who will tell you what they've been told. Don't waste your time or money. The installers he has are amazing and know how to lay and stretch the carpet for a great fit. We have always been 100% satisfied. And with every room we have done, the longest we had to wait was 2 days for the installers to come and lay our new floor. I highly recommend Colorline. (I don't know what the other negative review is above this one. Must have been a complainer.....or his competition. Go see for yourself, you will save $$ and be satisfied)”

“Service was good, but they still need to up their customer service skills. I received an automated text that it was time to schedule an oil change. I called, got a voice mail, left a message saying I needed to schedule an appointment for an oil change, but no one returned my call. After a few days, I just took it in for the oil change. October 9, 2020 Service seems much better. They even washed the car after the oil change and recall check. Jennifer is very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. She should get 5 stars.”
