“Purchased two Stressless recliners that were delivered on 9/15/2023. When shopping, our experience at the store was great. Sales personnel were available to answer any questions, but did not push and allowed us to sit in the chairs on several occasions without interuption. When ready, a sales associate wrote up an estimate of the order that we took with us and later returned to purchase the chairs. Everything came off professionally and without a snag. Chairs were delivered by an escellent team headed by a guy named Mike, who was more than happy to place the chairs. Having had two days to enjoy the chairs, we are both pleased with the purchase. They are of outstanding quality and very comfortable.”
