Sales personnel were available to answer any questions, but did not push and allowed us to sit in the chairs on several occasions without interuption. When ready, a sales associate wrote up an estimate of the order that we took with us and later returned to purchase the chairs. Everything came off professionally and without a snag. Chairs were delivered by an escellent team headed by a guy named Mike, who was more than happy to place the chairs. Having had two days to enjoy the chairs, we are both pleased with the purchase.
