“We're just passing through but stopping here was a treat. The coffee is amazing (and bonus points for having sugar free syrups), the staff was super friendly and eager to offer recommendations, and the atmosphere was perfect (clean, open, modern, and great music that wasn't obnoxiously loud). The only negative feedback is around the food. We ordered the sausage egg and cheese wraps which were really tasty but not fully heated. Half was toasted and very warm but the inside was still very cold. Given how great everything else was, I'm still giving it 5 stars. Wished we lived closer but will definitely be back on our next trip through! Ps - yes, they have a drive thru!”

“We took several friends out for dinner and fun on the town for Valentine's weekend, our driver Richard was amazing, very professional, clear with suggestions, and that night was slick on sidewalks due to snow and ice, Richard stepped up to offer everyone and confident and steady hand as we got in and out of the Limo, the lady's really appreciated that. “Chrissy is what customer service looks like! I bought a sweater for $20 at another location, wore it once, and discovered that the sweater ripped. I tried returning the sweater to the same location but they told me since I wore it, I could not return it. I explained that I had my receipt and at least they could give me an in store credit. The worker said no. I wanted to talk to a manager but there was none available I was told. I ask for a phone call back. Additionally, I called the other location, explained to Chrissy what happened, and she actually apologized for the other store's behavior and accepted my return back. I actually just exchanged it for something else of the same value. It's not right for someone to purchase something and the product defaults yet the customer is supposed to take the loss! NOT COOL! At least Chrissy didn't see it that way and the store can stand to have her train the workers at the other location. I was so appreciative of the way she handled things that I will shop at that location from now on ONLY. Thank you Chrissy and may GOD BLESS YOU!”
