“I’ve purchased more fragrances from Cos Bar than I care to admit from multiple stores, but mainly this location—my favorite one. They provide an excellent shopping experience every time, even over the phone, which is hard to do ! The staff is very friendly and has a sense of humor. They know their stuff, too. If I ask a question about a product, they instantly can rattle off things about it and recommendations. I’m so impressed with how accommodating they are as well. 10/10 on all fronts—so much better than somewhere stuck-up like Saks or Neiman. Can’t recommend them enough!”
