Melody did all in her power to accommodate me when the bike that I was looking for was a little too tall for me & suggested that I'd use a lowering kit to achieve the seat height that I wanted. Proud to say that I am an owner of a brand new motorcycle because of her help & the knowledge & expertise of everyone here who refused to give up on me when they could've chose to. “"Very grateful to the folks at Man O War Harley Davidson. In June 2021 I was traveling from North Carolina to Devils Tower , Wyoming. About 2 miles from the dealership my check engine light came on, then my engine temperature light too. Met Josh as soon as they opened their doors for the day , and he had me in the shop within 15 minutes. He ran diagnostics and found the twin cool coolant pump was inoperative. Explained everything and the retrofit of much more efficient Bosch electric pump. Great assistance with my extended warranty. It went to the bay of Technician Tania Noble who was very professional and knowledgeable. Both Tania and Josh kept me updated on progress, and upon completion Tania explained the work that she had done. I'd rank Man O War dealership right at the top of the many Harley dealers I have done business with over the years. Sure , it was a little delay in our road trip but I'll remember this dealership and the folks favorably for years to come. And really proud of my Man O War Harley tee shirt with Davy Crockett and the bear. "”

“Overall a decent stay. Plenty of amenities in the area, no doubt. Rooms are a bit dated, but not too bad, especially considering the nightly rate. There are newer hotels in the area, but hard to beat the price of this one, especially with the kitchen. Only had an interaction with one staff member, Robert, at the front desk and he was super friendly and helpful.”
