"Very grateful to the folks at Man O War Harley Davidson. In June 2021 I was traveling from North Carolina to Devils Tower , Wyoming. About 2 miles from the dealership my check engine light came on, then my engine temperature light too. Met Josh as soon as they opened their doors for the day , and he had me in the shop within 15 minutes. He ran diagnostics and found the twin cool coolant pump was inoperative. Explained everything and the retrofit of much more efficient Bosch electric pump. Great assistance with my extended warranty. It went to the bay of Technician Tania Noble who was very professional and knowledgeable. Both Tania and Josh kept me updated on progress, and upon completion Tania explained the work that she had done. I'd rank Man O War dealership right at the top of the many Harley dealers I have done business with over the years. Sure , it was a little delay in our road trip but I'll remember this dealership and the folks favorably for years to come. And really proud of my Man O War Harley tee shirt with Davy Crockett and the bear. "

Christie, Cameron and Landon went far and beyond resolving my issue that I was having with my intercom system. They gave us great customer service, we could not have been treated any better. Because of their attitude and the concern to get the issue resolved we are looking forward to having our service performed on our bike at this dealership. GREAT JOB TO ALL!!! "

These people, I’m telling you, they’re the best. There’s not one time I walk through the door that I’m not greeted as family. I’ve been going to Man ‘O War for several years now and have seen staff come and go but because they always seem to hire great people, the family atmosphere continues on. As long as I am in Ky, I will always remain a loyal customer to this place because of how they have always treated my family over the years (you know who you are). I could recount all the memories but it would take another 10 pages or so. But, I will always recommend my friends and anyone I encounter on or off the bike to go see them if ever they find themselves in the market for a new ride or need help. I know without a doubt that I can call, text or shoot a message to anyone up at that shop and things will start happening. This place has a big heart and they are loyal to their customers and community. If you’re in the area, stop by, grab a coffee and get to know these people and once you do, you’ll never forget them.
