“We purchased a new dishwasher and washing machine at Lowe's 3/21. When delivery came, found valves corroded, could not turn off. Never used plumbing, here 15 yrs. Justin came and gave us info. We also asked re the dishwasher so 1 trip could cover all possibilities. Justin said the washer valves were not leaking and in order to update would require major wall cutting much work. Upon cking under sink for turn off. It was tight so we said, fix, so no issues later. Justin was very direct in what steps we could take. Also advising what we needed to do. It was a very satisfying experience and we felt trust in the whole trip. Thanks for the response and customer service.
