Until today, we thought we'd never find really good Chinese. This is by far the best I've had in Wichita and the surrounding area. Large portions, very good prices too. “Great food and service at the Chick N Max on north Maize Road! My son and I both ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich with the coleslaw and white BBQ sauce on the side. He got french fries with Max sauce and I had onion rings with ranch dipping sauce. I also added an order of 3 wings for $1.00 The food came out quickly. The sandwiches were great and each one had a large piece of perfectly cooked chicken on a toasted brioche bun with crunchy pickles. The onion rings were delicious. The cashier and the team member that brought out the food were both friendly and efficient. The dining room was clean and spacious.”

The appetizer of Deviled Eggs were tasty but I think just too salty for me. Maybe if I had only one versus three it might have been different. Nevertheless they were good! “Made a first time visit recently and was pleasantly surprised. We had a light dinner being a rack of ribs sauce and potato salad. Omg so very good.The tap ""visitor beer selection"" was much better then anticipated all though I did not try any as We sampled there brewery beer and I had two pours which are $5.50 and 12 ounce glass there porter and brown. Thee wife had a pint of something she really liked I think was a flavored pale ale. They have two good Condition pool tables which ARE FREE. Since it was early we were able to enjoy 5 games and I lost 3 to 2 . SO-- anyhow if live in the Wichita area make a visit you will enjoy the vibe- food and beer. “My club sandwich was really good, the potato salad was excellent. Drinks were delicious, pool is free, even met some new people. The staff was very good, attentive without being annoying and very sweet. We did have one complaint when my girls baked potato was undercooked enough to be crunchy but the waitress didnt bat an eye and replaced it to go for us. So even my one slightly negative about the kitchen was quickly turned into a plus by the waitress. The second potato was much better. “I was brought here by coworkers who wanted to expose me to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Both are married to Vietnamese men, so I knew I could trust their guidance! I've had egg rolls before, and these were tasty and served with a sweet and sour sauce. My friends requested fish sauce- a must in their minds - but I was not a fan. Spring rolls are a new experience for me, and these were tasty with a bright flavor courtesy of the mint leaves. We also shared a traditional Vietnamese sandwich, which was good and tasted like most other ham sandwiches (AKA: not different for my palate). When we moved to the main dishes, we shared pho (yum!), bun rieu (I had never tried blood cake, and it's ok if you don't think about it) but didn't have room for the Grilled Beef with Lemon Grass vermicelli we also ordered. Lots of good food, lots of new flavors, and a fair price. I would go back!”

Nothing a little cholula added to the gravy couldnt fix. With as well flavored as thier chicken fried steak is I was a bit disappointed. My girl had the frito pie and cinnamon roll which looked amazing and she swears it was lol. I give them 4 not 5 really just because it is such a crowded place and the wait times are often long. If they had more room or expanded, it would be a top 20.”
