I LOVE the ladies at the Indian Hill location. They have been so nice and easy to work with.
The first unit I got was too small for what I needed (I under estimated) and the ladies were kind enough to allow me to go to a bigger size and still only charged me for the original unit. (They were running a $20 special)
And then when I went to move out, I had only used the unit for 2 days after my rent was due (for the following month) and they didn't even charge me for those 2 days.
I would HIGHLY recommend U-Stor to anyone and everyone!!!
If I should ever need a unit again, I will for sure go to Indian Hills U-Stor!

These ladies are friendly and so sweet. I actually have 2 storage units. The prices are awesome and the units are very large. Much nicer than most storage facilities. Highly recommended

We had never used a storage unit before, but needed something while we were doing some remodeling in our home. Diane Ware and her staff @ the Indian Hills location on 13th Street were phenomenal. She was so patient with all our questions and so helpful too! The unit was clean and well maintained and everyone we encountered had a smile and friendly wave. We'll definitely recommend this location to our family and friends.
