“After my mom passed away, Lori made a quilt for me out of my mom‘s clothes. But, she didn’t just make a quilt, she personalized it and was very creative in making it. She used the buttoned front of the shirts and the waist band with a piece of the pants. She also stitched a poem and heart in one of the squares. She used green fabric, as that was my mom’s favorite color. A quilt that would have been special, is now SO MUCH MORE SPECIAL, thanks to Lori’s creativeness! Thank you, so much. I use the quilt in the evenings watching TV or reading, and it’s very comforting.”

“Everybody was nice - you pick up what's going on in your town - like you know a water leak and how they're going to fix it at a business nearby. How to do things online- today I used their Wi-Fi to download an app, and they'll show you how to go from a cell phone to a computer that they have- it's different using one or the other for internet. I can't print at home so I can go there to make copies and then of course they probably got a copy machine. So there you go!”
