“McConnell AFB FamCamp I There are 10 pull through spaces in FamCamp I, full hookups, picnic table and fire pit at each pad. No problem with 30 amp hookup for the week we were here. There is a run/walking path, fishing ponds, lots of space and pavilions in this tucked away oasis near the Outdoor Rec Office. Occasionally a refueler comes or goes from the runway but I was surprised by how noise level was low. I enjoyed watching the big birds do touch and go. The facilities are easy to access. The Dining Facility is great and open to all. We loved it here during our week visiting family on Wichita. Lovely setting and peaceful, well maintained site.”

“We decided to visit this exhibit through the Sunflower Fun summer program. We were quite pleasantly surprised with our experience. While it doesn't look fancy as you drive up (other than some impressive full-size dinosaurs peeking out from above), it was a really great experience. The price included a simple and fun 18 holes of mini golf and the walk-through dinosaur exhibit. The golf course isn't fancy, but it was plenty of fun. When our balls went in the water, they floated, so we could fish them out. Great news for a parent of young overzealous children. One of the holes even had a benefit for going into the stream. As we walked through the main exhibit, we saw many dinosaurs we'd never heard of before. Each one had a board with plenty of interesting information, and there were far more dinosaurs than any similar exhibit I'd seen previously, well more than 30. Most of them moved or made sounds. The kids area was fun for my grade-school aged kid. He spent at least 40 minutes in the sand excavation area alone. He even liked putting the 3-D dinosaur puzzle together, something he's not usually interested in finishing. The bathrooms were spread around the area and were all clean. There were a few food and drink options for those who wanted to purchase food and picnic tables for eating. We opted to bring a picnic lunch this time. Probably the most impressive part of was the staff. Everyone was friendly, which is something one should expect. But they were also proactive in involving the visitors in activities and information. We were stopped by more than one person who asked my son questions and shared interesting facts. When kids were playing in the excavation area, one of the employees invited them to one corner for a myth buster game that was short and fun. It's clear the employees care about the the exhibit and the guests.”

I'll update review when prices come down & the place isn't a mess to eat in 👍a Panini, wrap & 2 small drinks were $28! Full staff on Sunday (5 girls maybe?) & only us & one other couple eating. The girls were hid in the back when we left instead of cleaning or picking up the other couple's plate who left 10min before we did. Dirty & sticky bathrooms. Thanks”

“My only complaint is that these apartments are on a Rural Mail Route. How are apartment buildings well within city limits considered rural. The rural carriers get paid by the route, so they only care about getting done as fast as possible. For me, that means I'm always hunting down my mail from neighbors. When I lived on a City Route before, the City Carriers were FAR superior in providing excellent customer service and getting the correct mail to the correct customer. Maybe the Greens Management can Lobby the Postmaster to change our area to City Mail Delivery, as it should be.”

“Four years ago they replaced the roof on my large Dutch Colonial home. They were punctual and took care of business. The cost was very reasonable. It was less than I thought it would be. I chose them for value via word of mouth. A couple of years ago, I moved to a smaller home as I had retired and all of my dependents were gone. Last year some wind knocked shingles off the crown of the roof and Vega repaired it for me for less than $300. I have been happy with their service.”
