Cole slaw was unusual, I think they used apple cider vinegar in it. Peanut butter pie is spectacular. Strawberry pie was very good.”

“This cozy little Cafe offered a variety of foods. We ordered the fried mushrooms 🍄 appetizer...everyone loved it, even Stelly! I ordered the BLT 🥓 🍅 🥪 sandwich and chips. Stelly had her burger and FF 🍟 . My sister had the same with chz sticks as her side. Michael, Koty and Crystal had breakfast meals 🥚 🥓 🥚 that they swore were "the best" The 1 woman show had a helper who eagerly checked on us. They gave outstanding service. *The chairs were soo comfy and pretty* 😃 They had clothes 👕 👖 and pictures and toys, games other items to shop for while we looked around and waited a short time for 6 meals... Bang up job here folkies!”

“Roy’s has been a staple in my diet for the majority of my life. The food is absolutely fantastic, and it’s consistent. There are no bad days, you can expect the same food and service every time you go. Anne and Ryan have always treated my family incredibly well, even providing food after my Grandpa’s death. It’s definitely not the cheapest meal in town, but when you figure in the quality, and the fact that families are being treated so generously by this business in their times of grief, I have absolutely no qualms about the price. The little yellow shack on Nickerson boulevard is truly one of a kind, and always worth the stop!”

“Gambinos is a staple in our house. We eat there once a month and always enjoy it. We typically get delivery, but we decided to dine in. We got the Crazy 18" Pepperoni pizza, a mini cheese pizza, a mini Italian pizza, and cheese sticks. The mini pizzas are the size of a personal pan and always are the perfect amount. Service was fast and friendly, food came out quickly, and tasted amazing. They serve wings, pizza, and sandwiches and have a nice little salad bar. There are two decent sized rooms to accommodate large parties and 3-4 TVs to enjoy while you eat. We went at 6:45 pm and it wasn't busy at all. I highly suggest you give them a try!”

“Went to A & W on 4-21-21 @ 5:20 PM thru the drive thru. Was told I would have to wait for another 5 min due to fish coming out of the fryer. Instructed to pull out in the parking lot and park in the area I was instructed to pull into. I parked and waited at least 15 to 20 min and still no food. I walked up close to the drive thru window to see what was going on, still no food for another 5 to 10 min, and the drive thru line was growing to at least 7 to 10 cars cars in the line. Finally a waitress came out and brought us our food. She said the order was correct, which it wasn't, it was lacking the side I had ordered. And she said that the fryer had broke down and sorry for the inconvenience. Got home and the fish was all dried out and was like shoe leather, no sides and my hamburger bun was blackened on the top and bottom. The fries were all dried out and cold. Why couldn't the employees be truthful with their customers. I would have gladly liked my money back and would have went somewhere else. Oh well, I guess they will continue to get bad reviews, and continue to lose their customers like me.”

My biggest complaint was that there is a lot of stickers. Mainly in the deep rough but often even in the regular rough. Those definitely need killed off. “A small- ish restaurant that has a great atmosphere and interesting views. Plenty of planes coming and going. The interior was well decorated with various airport props, photos, and plane items. The food was amazing and staff were very nice. I had the surf and turf and the shrimp, steak, and sweet potatoes were delicious. The potato was so soft and perfectly done. I had just enough for some leftovers today as well. Yum!”
