“Dont judge a book by its cover. This place looks super sketchy from the outside - like it is rundown. However, the inside is much better. They have lots of TVs, so it's definitely a good spot to watch a game. It was pretty clean, except there were a couple of sticky spots on the chairs and table that could have been wiped down a little better. The service was slow, but it seemed like they were understaffed. Otherwise, the servers were very kind. One area of improvement was that they could have checked in more. The food was really good. It doesn't look like much, but it's actually really tasty. The lemon pepper wings and fried pickles were a hit. I had a French dip with fried green beans as my side. The portions were very reasonable. I was very happy with my meal. The drinks were fine, too. They only serve 2 long islands per customer, and they have some other serving rules. Im not familiar with KS liquor laws, but it seems they're following it. Prices were pretty average. For the lack of options nearby, I thought this was a decent pick. I mainly give 4 stars for the food. It was the highlight, as it should be. I would return, and I'd tell other visitors to try it out.”

“The catering that is offered is fantastic. My company uses tin roof often to cater our events. Joni is very responsive and easy to work with and the food selection is great. Most recently we had them cater a multi day training event at the underground salt mine in Hutchinson. The food arrived hot and on time every day. All the attendees loved the food. Definitely try the bierocks they're fantastic!”

“Always good and hot food. Our food was prepared fast and ready in a short amount of time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu offers up some traditional and different items, making it a great stop for a new twist on chicken and all the items they offer. On this day, we tried the chicken and waffles for the first time. The waffles were light, great taste, and wonderfully with syrup. This would be a great selection for brunch. I love this place, love the menu items, and what they have to offer. I'm glad it popped into our community.”

“Nice, friendly local brewery. The outdoor seating area is quite nice. They offer a limited menu - personal sized pizzas. My partner and I had different selections. The pizza was really tasty and just enough for each of us. They have a wide selection of craft brews. My wife tried two and enjoyed both of them thoroughly.”

“OUTSTANDING dinner last night. I took my mom out. My macaroni cheese burger was ridiculous. I ate half of her patty melt as well and it was equally wonderful thanks to the most flavorful bread I know of. This was our first time here. 4 minutes from the house. “The Hub. It’s been in development for awhile and I’ve been patiently waiting. That seems to be key. It took about 1:15 to get our food. That being said, it was their opening week, so getting the kinks worked out deserves some grace. The ambience was fresh and clean, very cool vibe. The food was overall very good. We ordered the bread with dips, which was the only description, it was a heavy garlic butter and a bacon cream cheese. Not exactly what we’d expect but pretty good. For the pizzas we ordered the meat (porky) and buffalo chicken. Those were both solid! The beer wall was well appointed and first timers get a tutorial. Overall it was a good experience, once they get their flow down I’d happily go five stars. Happy to have something like this nearby, tons of potential.”

“what a pleasant surprise. I got instructions from the local guys where I could have breakfast. even from the door you could feel the pleasant smell of the kitchen, the atmosphere was on a level, and there were only a few tables. laughter filled the room. the waitress found a seat for me and we easily agreed on the order. I had fried eggs with slightly crispy bacon and toasted bread with a glass of grape juice for breakfast. the whole bill was only $12. the interior is actually an antique! you can only see such things in movies. it was a pleasure to be your guest! my warm recommendation to everyone! and yes, I almost forgot the workers, who really took an interest in me and paid attention to me, listened carefully and asked me questions! Thank you girls”

“The service was a little slow, but they were having some sort of issue in the bar, so we understood. I'm not gonna lie, when I first saw how expansive the menu was I was worried about food quality. Fears were alleviated almost immediately upon food being served. Great portions of fantastic food, nearly everyone had enough leftovers for a second meal. Definitely worth the price and a trip to Moundridge, KS!”
