I forgot to ask for his name, but he was younger looking and had short, reddish-brown wavy hair. You were extremely helpful and your customer service was some of the best I have ever received. I am truly so thankful for your help with sorting out my medication and cost. He was patient and kind and the entire staff working stayed open late to help me out.
