“I contacted Matt almost two years before we relocated to Overland Park from Colorado. We were in the midst of remodeling our Colorado home and wading through the process of adopting our foster son (which would take the entire two years hence) He set us up to receive emails of listings just so we could start getting a sense of the market. About 4 months ago, we began lookin in earnest as our Colorado home had sold, and we at least knew the month we'd be able to finalize the adoption. Since we were still in Colorado, Matt was gracious and patient through the process. I can't tell you how many homes he took videos of for us, recording complete walk-throughs. We finally found a weekend we could drive from Colorado to Overland Park and he took us to 13 homes in a three day period. We had our three small kids with us, and he was so patient while we looked at each home. Many times, he would entertain the kids while we looked a house over again and again. We finally found the perfect home, and he advised that we wait to make an offer because it had had two open houses and many showings but no offers. We finally made an offer for asking price on the evening of the weekend when we were sure there were no other offers, and our offer was accepted. We did not waive inspection, and we did not have to get in a bidding war. He was always communicative about weekends he would be out of town, and he always had backups in case he wasn't available. Even after our offer was accepted, he met electricians and interior designers at the house while we were under contract, so we could keep our projects moving forward. He even introduced us to his mortgage broker, David Vrooman, and suggested that a local broker was far more preferable to the larger ones. We already had pre-approval from two other lenders, and there was no comparison at all to the service we got from David who ended up getting us a rate that was 2% below the market rate at a time when the FED was increasing rates several months in a row. Matt is a stellar agent.”

“This was my first fitting I’ve done. I was greeted by Jake the moment I walked in. I am from out of town and have never been inside anything remotely close to a fitting bay. The ambience made me feel that I was at the right place. With the latest equipment lining the walls, Jake promptly sat me down and asked how my golf game was going. Jake was very understanding and knowledgeable. He started with questions that narrowed down where my golf game needed help and offered to lightly go over fittings that were not a focal point. Our short but brief conversation gave me assurance that I was searching for. Soon after we went straight into iron fittings. That was where Jake started to illustrate his golf knowledge. From spin, distance, dynamic loft, attack angle, etc. I’m sure most of us watch tons of videos but having it said on a “ one on one “ session, was amazing. We then moved into drivers and after a few swings, Jake saw I was fatigued and suggested to do the putter fitting. I was surprised that club champion had the latest putters to test such as Evnroll, LAB, and the latest Scottie Cameron’s. To get a putter fitting with any putter that pleased your eyes, that in itself was worth the price of admission. Short but sweet, we went back to finish the driver fitting and even though I was not striking it the best, Jake suggested the best combination of shaft and head for me. Moving to the last part of the full bag fitting. Jake saw that my wedges and long irons produced the the same, if not better, statistics as newer clubs. This is a relief as I didn’t feel pressured to change a club in my bay that didn’t need it. Overall, The fitting process was exceedingly excellent. Jake was just the guy to talk to about golf. He was knowledgeable in every aspect and process in fitting me to better at my golf game. I would definitely be back if ever I was in the area for a refitting. The atmosphere and environment, encourages progression. Great job all !!! Jake…. Take a bow.”
