Concentra Urgent Care

Fantastic experience. Front desk staff was wonderful and provided levity. Got everyone registered quickly and kindly. Wait was long (but what do you expect going during lunch hours?) but moved quickly. Got done what I needed and out the door in a reasonable amount of time.

The staff were all helpful and polite. I came in as a walk-in for a urinalysis for a job, and other than the wait time (which was pretty rough, just over an hour) the visit went great. I'm terrible with names, but the nurse who helped me was amazing, they had awesome socks haha

The clinic was very clean, receptionist extremely friendly and my I wait time was only 10 minutes. The day I was there the clinic was very busy but it seemed no one was waiting very long. The person who drew my blood was excellent. Very efficient and kind. Overall,a great experience!

Due to a misunderstanding which I certainly had ownership in, I found myself in a tough situation to complete a TB test before a deadline. The Concentra team rallied together to find a solution to meet my needs. Desiree (hope that I have the name correct) alerted the physician (wonderful lady but I can't read her signature - sorry). Tiffany came to the rescue by offering to assist me outside of regular working hours. I found each person that I encountered to be compassionate and professional. Thanks for problem-solving so quickly to help a guy out.
