“Let's get the stuff I don't love out of the way - parking here is not great unless you're in buildings 1 or 2. (There's six) If you have the opportunity to lease with a garage right out the gate? Do it, because garages are very hard to come by later. Also, the walls are pretty thin. All that said, we put in our notice to vacate about a month ago and we are regretting it as we continue to look for a floor plan that fits our lifestyle like this one does. Super spacious closets, a great sized kitchen, big bedrooms. Network cable plug ins in every room. This does come at the sacrifice of true dedicated dining space - but we just sit at our bar instead. No apartment is perfect, maintenance requests are a given. But when we've had to put one in, the process is pretty painless and every single one has been addressed same day. Patti in the leasing office is great. All the maintenance staff are wonderful. Overall, we do not regret the decision to stay here for the 2.5 years we did.”

This store is teeming with life and friendly people and there are usually several young men who are happy to let anyone join in on their card games and even invited me to join them if I had the time. One occasion I had the good fortune of meeting the store owner Steve who was very kind, punctual and funny. He had a very good relationship with his workers. “It has been a year since I upgraded both my Heating system and Air Conditioning. MVP helped me reduce costs by providing an efficient system that worked within the parameters of my house. I have second floor dampers that needed to be harmonized with a new system. MVP did the work to ensure that the job was complete, and both systems were harmonized with the existing duct system. More importantly I have enjoyed Rhonda staying on top of my tune up schedule (even though the system was new), the reminder helps me to keep my system up to date. Additionally I opted for the free electrical inspection and had several key areas identified that we will fix in the future. MVP has been extremely responsive, fair, and provided the service and equipment efficiently. I fully endorse them!”

“Thank you for making our package drop-off so easy. I had a struggle with a different FedEx location the day before coming here due to a very rude and unhelpful staff member. I had my fingers crossed as I came in to this location with hopes someone would take my package. It was as easy as it should have been for the last store but it takes a frustrating experience to add to my appreciation of great customer service. You guys do have a really slow email system but that's my only complaint and that's just FedEx not store specific. Either way, I appreciated the patience for the email, kind service, the overall easy transaction of printing the label and taking my package without a fight to make me buy another box for it like the previous store, thank you again!!”

“There is a man that works there named Tony and he is the happiest, friendliest and kindest person I have ever seen in a business. You walk in, he is smiling, he welcomes you and he is funny. I also noticed several other people in line already knew his name or were saying hi to him as if they knew him. The guy ahead of me in the line was also complimenting him for being so nice and also said that's why him and his friends go to lunch there. He is absolutely amazing and I will not eat lunch anywhere else ever again just because of this. He is an absolute Rockstar. I hope he's a manager if not you should seriously consider making him one. We need more people like Tony in this world. It is very clear that you have a very, very unique person working for you!!! “Minsky's has great variety in food and pizza flavors and I haven't disliked anything I've tried. My personal favorites are the 5-Star Cheese Pizza, Mac n Cheese Pizza, Taco Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Pizza and to my surprise their Gyros are pretty tasty. Overall I've been to a few different Minsky's and I love this location the most. I never sit in to eat, I prefer doing pick-up, they can deliver which is nice but I enjoy the quick drive. That being said, calling in orders is always super easy, super fast and the staff is always super nice. Orders are always done on time unless its a super busy hour and just walking in for pick-up takes usually 2 minutes. Easy, Fast, Great Service, Great Food - 10/10 Minsky's.”
