It is obvious that most of these people have no details to share about "why" they're leaving a bad review. I wish people would put as much effort into being good as they do being negative. We used TFH and they were the most honest, patient, and helpful company. They helped us so much through our insurance claim, and made sure we were very well taken care of. I was greeted with a smile and handed forms to fill out. They got me in a bit earlier than expected and all were so kind and caring. Dr. Kollmann was so patient and caring with my 2 year old who was visibly unsure and nervous about the whole situation. Everyone at this office is so kind and caring and reassured me about my daughter. I couldn't ask for better care especially after such a traumatic experience with my daughter losing a tooth.”

Unfortunately my original Mario Kart game cartridge was damaged beyond repair and unplayable. I looked for hours for a place near me that had the game. Unfortunately here in Los Angeles no stores near me had the game. I actually found this place after a friend of mine actually recommended it. He visited Grumpy Bob's on a business trip two years ago and was mesmerized by the location and friendly people. Needless to say I quickly looked it up and sure enough they had the game. I quickly ordered it and I am beyond grateful that as a small business they were able to ship the game to me. I am beyond happy and excited.
