Had been waiting nearly3 months for a response from another plumber, got tired of broken appointments contacted another who was rude and did not do the job after waiting on him to arrive for 2 1/2 weeks. I had to have a disconnect and reconnect done in my kitchen due to getting new counter tops, I would use Mars Plumbing again in a heartbeat, after trying to contact at least five other plumbers and getting no call back, I called them and they responded immediately. I had a few minor gas leaks coming into the house and had several bids ranging up to $5k. Mars was the only company that offered to fix the direct issues and not upcharge on a re-piping everything or upgrading other non-related fixtures and the bid was extremely fair/reasonable. Their work and professionalism was just as impressive as their honesty! It's not easy to find a company that wants to help you over their upcharge/upgrade state of mind and I was happy to find them and since the gas leaks I have had them come out for HVAC estimate as well. They are my first call from here on out!

I use Mars for all of my plumbing needs. Dustin with Mars is respectful, courteous and always on time. He does the repair and then explains what was done. I recommend Mars to my clients and friends.
