“Food was great. Restaurant was charming. Server was friendly. That being said, we made the mistake of going within an hour of closing time. We got to watch the servers clean the entire place and basically close up around us. A man came in 30 minutes before closing and asked for coffee. He was told the coffee pot had already been cleaned, "since it's so close to closing time." I would recommend that they just close earlier instead of making you feel like you are in the way while they are closing. We felt like we should hurry because they were closing, (even though we finished 30 minutes prior to closing) so we didn't order the dessert we had planned to order. Everything was nice and hot, the gravy was good, but the hash browns were not cooked all the way. Overall, it is a place I will visit again. Also, the coffee was a little weak. Please add some grounds and make it a little stronger.”

“I love Gigs place. We live close enough to Bloomington to get pizza from a variety of places, but Gigs is the one we prefer. We keep coming back because the price is perfect and the pizza is made fresh with the freshest ingredients. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owners are typically on hand, but I've never had any trouble. If you're looking for a great place to eat or order pizza, it's gotta be Gigs.”
