“The Libertyville Mitsubishi service department is the best I have ever been too. I had a great feeling when I called and made my appointment a week ago. On the phone the service person was friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. Today when I went to the service center, the service person, Arron S. made everything easy. He was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make me comfortable and answer my questions. The waiting room was really nice and had the most comfortable chairs I had ever sat in. There was coffee to drink for free and there were two vending machines, one with drinks the other with snacks. The waiting room was spotless as was the Woman's bathroom. The service personal worked on my car were fast and Arron came out to let me know twice what was going on. Then my surprise, they washed my car. I knew I made the right choice when I bought my Lancer Mitsubishi and I know I made the right choice in picking Libertyville Mitsubishi Service department to be my service department. Thank you everyone who signed me in, serviced my car and to the wonderful lady that I paid my bill too. You all are super fantastic and I look foreword to seeing you all again for the routine care of my car.
