“I had the privilege of training with Casey Tiesman for the better part of a year and a half during my time as a D1 baseball player. That year I was able to post a 2.5 ERA across 11 starts and 70+ innings. Casey helped me stay healthy throughout that year and helped me to perform at my peak. Since then 8 of his athletes, from that program were drafted. Casey is a fantastic problem solver and coach. He genuinely cares about what he is doing with every single athlete. This along with his background as a Marine makes him a clear standout as a performance coach. His ability to help athletes grow and develop is rare. He will challenge those with him to perform to his standard, which is second to none. The drive that he has carries into his athletes at all levels. His understanding of the strength needs for baseball athletes is deep. If you are looking to get seen or be a somebody, you need to develop. Casey will definitely do that. “I have occupied a space here for 4 years. Over the years the landscape has changed a bit, ie Travel world was there but the service never changed. They take great pride in what they do and the staff is exceptional. They have a dump station onsite and if you need your trailer, you call in advance and the trailer is set out waiting for you. No fuss, no muss. When you bring it back, you drop it off at your site and they’ll park it for you. How easy is that? It is also very secure. I highly recommend Desert Mountain RV for your storage needs.”

“Just completed the Yoga 101 4 week course lead by Lin and Kyle in Lake Zurich. It was a lovely course, perfect for beginners, or if you're like me, people who have dabbled but would like to nail down the basics a bit more. The pace of the class is nice and questions are welcomed along the way. Having two instructors for the class was great because they split up so everyone could see at all times, as well as providing assistance and adjustments.”

“I’ve never been to a gym that was so welcoming and friendly to a complete noob. Besides classes I also do personal training w/ Coach Nick due to a hip injury, and he is amazingly knowledgeable and a great motivator. Because of the work we’ve done I’ve essentially re-learned all the fundamental movements and have been able to avoid surgery. He’s as close to a physical therapist as someone can be w/o the actual slip of paper. The progress has been nothing short of amazing.”

“I felt so lucky to walk into Just Bee Yoga! It is a city-like boutique yoga studio in Long Grove right by Buffalo Grove and Lake Zurich! It is absolutely ADORABLE, and I never expected to find this in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. The owner, Kris, is also amazing! She is pretty much always there, and you can tell how passionate she is about yoga. I definitely trust her with teaching me proper yoga poses! I also love all of the classes the studio offers. These classes include hot yoga, yoga flow classes, and even yin yoga classes! There is something for everyone here. I DEFINITELY recommend Just Bee!”
