“Firstly, in full disclosure I must say that I have bought a large number of L&n Engineering products. I run a large exotic car repair center and deal with multiple vendors. The things that set L&n engineering apart from other innovative suppliers is the way they treat customers who have a question or need help after the sale. I called and spoke to Nicole the other day about a problem that I had with one of their kits. Even though I had purchased a bearing kit from WorldPac they took care of my issue. No run around. No excuses. No problem. They shipped out the part that day and I had it two days later. Talk about AMAZING customer service. Also much thanks to John in sales. Very great guy to deal with. He took care of a couple little parts I needed with lightning fast speed and NO cost to me. This will be the last time i go there. People like her need to learn to give other people their space when checking out in line. This isn't the first time this has happened but next time it does i will be asking for refund and cancel my purchase. Also i wouldnt have had this problem if cashier hadnt acknowledge her before I stepped away. Bunch of savages with no sense of respect.”

“We went here after the regular place was bought by someone and when we took our item to them, they told us the work we wanted couldn't be done. We went down the road to Ace and Mary said told us of course it could be done and she could have it ready in a day or two! Much to our surprise, she called the next morning and said it was done and ready to pick up! She had had some spare time and got it done for us! Very nice person and we highly recommend them!”
