“We actually didn't get gas here. Were staying at nearby hotel to attend a wedding, but went into the restaurant attached to it. We were there for breakfast. Great place, very friendly staff. Our order was taken and we had our food very quickly. It was very good. Great selection of items on the menu. Cheap prices. They had lots of homemade bakery items, great coffee. Best sausage gravy I've ever had. It must be a very popular place, parking lot was packed, always a good sign.”

Sometimes they are understaffed when it gets busy & things take longer. This is where people need to remember it’s only 1 person...they can only do so much. I read somewhere on here an old employee said the ice cream is recycled! ???? it definitely is NOT. blizzard cup has been broken before, they always place a new cup over it so as not to get everywhere. Some of the employees could use some enthusiasm, but what matters is they wait on the customers & get the job done! If you enjoy small town, small business restaurants, & want an old timey feel, with great food, stop on by! But I must ask, if you don’t live in watseka, what in the h e * * are you doing there?! Hahaha”
