“What can I say about Prestige Florist & Monument, I first went into Prestige because I had just recently lost my wife. My children and myself wanted a monument that truly celebrated their mother. I spoke with Joe and although I had no clue what we wanted, Joe gave us some great advice and to how to choose a monument. We ended up changing words, colors, and pictures several times before construction of the monument began. Each time Joe sat with us and went over each detail until it was exactly what we wanted. I was greatful for Joe and his wife with all the suggestions and patience to help us celebrate my wife's memory and life and design a monument that truly ended up being extremely beautiful. Joe made a devastating time in our life a lot less stressful.”

“My Mothers Day saviors!!! We stopped here on Mother’s Day on the way to my in-laws house after stopping at several places (ie Walgreens, grocery stores - all of which were unsurprisingly sold out) for a nice bouquet to add to the gift we were giving my MIL. Knowing that Mother’s Day is the busiest day of the year for all florists, I was fully expecting to be turned away. It was already a little later in the afternoon, but I was extremely happy to see they still had plenty of flowers and all hands on deck. There was virtually no wait even tho there were several other customers and everyone working was busy with various arrangements. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I told them how much I wanted to spend on a spring mix bouquet and they started on it right away. It turned out to be a beautiful selection of flowers, wrapped neatly and professionally... and they even tied a bow with a beautiful wide, sheer, purple wired ribbon. Just perfect and well worth every penny! The flowers were without a doubt fresh and well handled/cared for. The team working there that day was just great. For being the busiest day of the year everyone working were so at ease and seemed to be having fun. It definitely had a calming influence on me & just helped me feel I was in good hands. I walked in frazzled, stressed, & desperate and I walked out relieved and excited to give that beautiful bouquet to my MIL... she absolutely LOVED it!!! Thank you SO very much!!”

From the minute that Manny picks up the phone, you can hear the amazing energy and kindness in his voice, he treats you as the number one priority! My call was a bit last minute because of a delay on my end, but he was very accommodating and understanding. His customer service is impeccable! He will ask if you have any flower preferences, and if you have any photos for ideas that you may have, he is very willing to accept them!
