We pulled up in the parking lot next door in a pouring rain where we could see the bikes from the car. My granddaughter immediately stood up in the car. You have to know your prices & what you're willing to spend. I went in there to buy some winter boots. I wanted warm waterproof boots and they had a few choices. The sales associate was able to guide me in finding the correct boots for me, by the criteria I have her. We bought our kayaks here this summer and we were happy with the service we received and the advice that were given. Their sales are awesome so watch out for them.
