“I live in MD. In 2014 I purchased a waterproof led Spectrum RBG lighting system for my master shower renovation with assistance over the phone from a SteamSaunaBath rep named Nikki. At that time Bathology literally was the only company I could find after extensive research that offered attractive waterproof color led lighting. I asked tons of questions before purchasing because it was going to be a very considerable financial investment. Today I can say it was one of the best decisions I made. My house is now on the market and you would not believe the "wow factor" that this lighting system receives from EVERYONE who walks into our master bathroom. Though this review is long overdue, I believe there is value in letting other prospective customers to know that Bathology makes fantastic products; unlike other cheaply made led lighting systems on the market today. The Bathology Spectrum lighting system is very high quality and it has never failed (unlike my Nuheat flooring which cost $$$$ to repair). “Service: Accurate Industries has been our steam and sauna service provider for 10+ years. We have eight upscale athletic clubs; six of them have steam & sauna rooms. A few of these are pretty old, but Accurate maintains them at peak condition. They are always quick to respond, and the technicians are highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and have our best interests in mind. Build-out: We recently opened a new club, and Accurate was our choice for the construction of steam and sauna rooms. Everything about the project from design, planning, and construction went very smooth. It was on time and on budget. The workmanship is top-notch. These turned out so awesome, that we had them re-build the sauna rooms at our oldest club. The guys doing the construction, Marc and Andy, are super nice, highly skilled, and take pride in their craft. They rocked the build-out, getting it done quickly, communicating all the way, and created a room that our members love - and so do we! I highly recommend Accurate for both build and service.”
