Although, I somewhat agree with many comments about rude and worthless employees based on my previous experience, I must commit that my most recent experience was different. Ms. Osman helped me with my case and she exactly knew what needed to be done. She completed whatever needed to be resolve the issue and asked me to expect a call from her supervisor same day or next. I did not receive the call but I checked online and the matter was resolved in next week after my visit. Her supervisor also did his/her part but may not have gotten chance to call me. Ms. Osman was very polite, respectful and helpful. Those are the type of people who makes your day when you are expecting the worst.”

“Had a great experience 1st time here. My hair was getting long & overgrown & had a reunion coming up this weekend. Walked in because I live in the area & they took my right away. Gigi did a great job on my hair & did a great consultation. I showed her a picture, but she discussed with me if I was ok taking off as much length as I showed her, if I wanted the layers more at the bottom of my hair or more face framing, where I wanted my curtains bangs to start, etc. Did a great job making sure I got what I wanted.”

He was always willing to work with any changes that were made during the construction. His work was top notch. He made sure that all the work that was done was perfect and top quality. He also made sure the house was always put back together and cleaned up before he and his crew left. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!”

“This is a great location to get on the Pace Bus toSoldier Field. It's easy to find and there is plenty of parking, unlike the old location in Schaumburg. The bus fare has only gone up 50 cents to $4.50 and the parking is free. You can't beat a deal like this. Rolling Meadows is the place to be.”
