“I WAS VERY HESITANT TO CALL IDOT this morning!! Well from past experience from call State Police Dispatch who rush you of the phone or have a slight attitude and have no concern to what you're saying and rush to disconnect the call! BUT I am glad I did!!!! Call IDOT to report and an abandoned car on the Stevenson on the 1st right lane! Disaster waiting to happen!!! I didn't get the IDOT Dispatchers name but I just wanted to commend his professionalism and his down to earth concerning attitude!! I explained the location of the abandoned vehicle in the 1st right lane facing EAST AND supposed to facing SOUTH on the Stevenson e-way! The Dispatcher was talking trying to picture where I was describing and was calm polite and VERY nice and down to earth!!!!!!!!!!!!! I THANK YOU for assisting and ALL your Services to US Citizens and Illinois!!! GOD BLESS ALL WORKING ON STREETS OF CHICAGO & ILLINOIS!!!!”
