“Great Church! I'm a member and have been going to this building and meeting with this congregation for over 5 years. I love the central focus on Christ. It's a two hour service each Sunday with the earliest start time at 9 am. The first hour is in the chapel where everyone sits as families. The 2nd hour is broken into groups where people are taught at an age appropriate level. My children love going to the organization for kids called Primary because they learn about Jesus and sing songs. I have drawn closer to the Savior through worshipping here consistently and rubbing shoulders with people who are trying to be like Jesus.”

Warm welcome at the door got seated well thoughtful users... worship is not to crazy and not to mellow I would say just right at least that's what I feel like it was... now the big thing it's the teaching I have not seen in a looooong time that majority of the church will have their bibles and actually taking notes of the teaching, great teaching solid and realistic... looking forward to come again and encouraging others to stop by and see it for yourself...”

“We were looking for a church that teaches sound doctrine from the Bible first and foremost. Plusses would be a congregation that isn't all in their 20's or all in their 90's but a range of ages from 0 to 100+. We wanted a church that is passionate about Jesus and carrying out the great commission, i.e. mission minded. A good worship band is a nicety but not a necessity. We have found all of the above and more at The Rock Church. We were greeted before we got in the door and while we had arrived early, got so caught up in meeting people, we thought we might be late for the sermon. Worship was amazing. They play contemporary songs, but some are older contemporary...we knew all but one song and loved singing them all. This church teaches topically rather than book by book which we were used to in our last church, but Pastor Shawn knocked it out of the park with his first sermon (of the series) on corporate prayer today. By the end I was quite convicted (not guilted) and honestly wished he'd just keep teaching. I'd say we can't wait until next Sunday, but we don't have to, as they also have small groups and prayer meetings throughout the week so we'll be checking those out in the coming days. In summary, I'd say we (my wife and I) highly recommend this church to anyone looking for the above.”
