“I have been with a competitor of yours for years and when my tank was empty sooner than expected because of the cold winter they wanted to charge me extra fees to get my tank filled. That led me to shopping around and I reached out to Ed Staub. Hannah in the office was very quick to respond and the entire team was quick to get us back up and running. My entire house (heating, water, stove) runs on propane so going without wasn't good. Not only was the timeliness of the service great but switching to Ed Staub will save me $1000's going forward. The gentleman who came out to install the new tank was great to work with and thorough; wish I could read his initials on the form. And Bryce was great to work with to get everything scheduled. “My son Hayden lost his glasses at school and needed new ones asap. We were able to get in to get a new pair the very next day, and received the glasses within 2 weeks maximum. The only thing I didn't like about this process, was that they did not offer to adjust the glasses. We went to a different eye doctor prior and they spent 30 minutes adjusting the new glasses to my son's face and they fit him perfectly. I ended up having to take my son to that old eye doctor to have them adjust the new pair to his face so he could actually wear them to school. Other than that, great experience overall. Staff was very friendly and very professional and made my son very comfortable throughout the process.”
