Appointments make me a big difference in the time it will take to handle your business. Having a knowledgeable person helping you doesn't hurt. The young lady helping me was wonderful. Never been more pleased with how I was treated and quickly my transactions were taken care of.

I was treated fairly, didn't have to wait but about 20 minutes, after just dropping by. I didn't have all I needed, so I left and returned with missing info, waited 2mins and was called up. Nothing ever goes fast here, but the employees were all nice and courteous. Was as pleasant as it could be.

Went in twice to get license renewed and left because it would have been a long wait. Made appointment online (2 weeks out), walked in, number called, and out in less than five minutes. Great experience. Will make appointment online again in four years. I couldn’t register online line because I was too old so had to go in person.
